Something New Under the Sun

1992 Dry Bones cartoon - Something new under the sun... a hole in the ozone layer.
Today's Golden Oldie is from August 1992. Back then we were worried about the hole in the Ozone Layer... You don't hear much about the hole in the Ozone these days. We seem to have simply accepted the situation. The sun is carcinogenic. Exposing yourself to its rays for too long is dangerous.

When I was a kid there was nothing healthier than laying in the sun and getting a "nice tan" ...and if you "got sunburned" there were salves like Noxzema and calamine lotion to slap on.
